A celebration of those who served.
The community is invited to join the WVU Parkersburg Veterans Corps,
at the Poorhouse Cemetery (located on the main campus) to honor deceased Veterans on
Memorial Day. The event will include a wreath-laying ceremony to honor those who have died while serving the United States Armed Forces. Local Marine Corps League member Scott Kirby will serve as the keynote speaker.
