in the comfort of your own home. In an ambient setting with music
and essential oils, you will be guided through a very soft and relaxing
style of yoga, breathing techniques and meditation, and learn how to
incorporate these skills into your daily life. We will end the evening
with a long relaxation, tea, cookies, and conversation.
Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat, if you have one.
