A new jazz combo has formed in the Mid Ohio Valley called Henry, Kitchen and Young. Fresh off a performance at the Multicultural Festival in Parkersburg WV, they will feature Ted Harris from Athens, OH performing traditional jazz in all its forms. From Wes Montgomery to Duke Ellington. If you are a jazz fan you’ll know most of them, if you are new to the genre you may discover some tunes that you like. We plan to look outside the typical “Jazz box” and explore some new possibilities. ( you should hear our take on Royals, by Lorde, did I mention the extended drum solo in Caravan). Come enjoy a night of jazz…. and be home by the nightly news. Reservations highly encouraged.
