Running Man: A Memoir by Charlie Engle
Ultramarathon runner, author and recovering addict Charlie Engle, will share his story of running across more than 40 countries, the Sahara Desert and the Amazon Rain Forest as the keynote speaker for a special event hosted by the River City Runners and Walkers Club.
Running the Sahara, a film produced and narrated by Matt Damon, documents Charlie and his companions’ attempt to run across the Sahara.
