Join us at the Historic Oakland Estate, 1131 7th Street, Parkersburg, on April 11, at 6 p.m., for Charcuterie 101. Class participants will learn the basics of charcuterie by creating their own board in a 9×9 take-home box.
Cost of the class is $20. Proceeds from the event will go towards upkeep of the mansion. All of your supplies and complimentary wine & snacks will be provided.
