The Mid Ohio Valley Ringers will share the joy of Christmas with a free concert at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1701 23rd St., Parkersburg, on Saturday, Nov. 28 at 4 p.m. The concert includes an unpublished piece written by French composer Fred Gramann and dedicated to the victims of the COVID-19 pandemic.
