2021 ArtOberfest, a special celebration of local artists, musicians, heritage, culture and FOOD, will stretch from the 400 block of Market Street right up to the front door of the Parkersburg Art Center this year.
The Parkersburg Art Center event, joined by Downtown PKB and other planners this year, will turn four blocks of Market Street into a fun celebration.
