This course explores ways to do more with less in order to handle the scarcity of resources and increasing demand. What we grow, how we grow and how we manage our gardens are important factors we must consider in an effort to be more sustainable.
Students will learn:
• Sustainable landscape design
• Plant health care
• Sustainable gardening measures, including composting, organic gardening and water conservation
• Recycling
• Other sustainable measures, including energy efficiency and alternative fuels

This course is $50 per person. Funding and/or a payment plan must be secured
